Are licensed real estate agents affiliated exlcusively with us under a broker‑agent relationship, conducting real estate sales activities in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.
Associate Agents
Are licensed real estate agents affiliated exclusively with us who perform limited, part-time real estate–related activities, such as property showings or inspections, as permitted by law and under broker supervision.
Referral Agents
Are licensed real estate agents who refer property management clients to us pursuant to a written referral agreement, without participating in sales or property management activities unless separately contracted.
