Larry has held a California real estate broker’s license for nearly three decades, and recently expanded his credentials by obtaining an Arkansas broker’s license, unlocking reciprocal licensing opportunities across the South and Southeast. His deep understanding of regional markets and regulatory landscapes positions him to lead multi-state expansion with confidence and precision.

Throughout his career at Shell, Larry held pivotal roles including Global Real Estate Standards Manager and Regional Real Estate Manager, where he negotiated complex transactions, developed strategic partnerships with brokers and developers, and generated over an estimated $450 million (today's $) in real estate proceeds across California, Nevada, and Arizona. His work in network planning, asset development and portfolio dispositions has laid the groundwork for his next big move.  

Now, Larry is channeling his experience into building a mission-driven real estate organization with a dedicated Board and Leadership Team to guide its evolving strategic direction. His goal is to create a company that not only delivers exceptional service but also fosters innovation, collaboration, and long-term value for clients and communities.
